The Linen Stitch

A great slip stitch pattern that makes fabric look woven.
Even the back or wrong side of this stitch patterns looks just as good as the Right side which makes this stitch pattern reversible as well.
You can also introduce color work with this stitch pattern as well. Like these two swatches.
I'll include the pattern for color work as well!
All these swatches were Knit on US size 8 DPNS and with Cascade 220 Superwash!

I hope you had as much fun as I did with this stitch. Exploring the color work as well! I definately enjoy this stitch and will most likely find a way to incorporate this into future designs.
in the next few days I'm going to start to explore Ribbing.  Specifically 1x1 Ribbing and 2x2 Ribbing.  If you are like me and want to follow along and knit your way through the stitch patterns, pull out your needles and your yarn and lets get swatching!
As always Happy Crafting my Copious Critters!
