Materials

  • Spring Scrapbook Paper
  • Double Sided Tape 
  • Mini Cupcake Liners
  • Scissors 
  • Candy

Directions

  • You’ll want to free-hand the flower or use a template.  Once you have your template, trace and cut
  • Apply a small piece of double sided tape to the bottom of the cupcake liners.
