Although Valentine's is not a true holiday, it is a special day people celebrate together. It is the day to show our love and appreciation for our friends and family. Valentine's has special meaning when you are in school, it is a day when your elementary class makes cards for each person in their classroom and for their teacher(s). They have fun working in the world of art and showing appreciation at the same time.
You don't have to buy anything but you should consider making something special for your family. Families are the best way to have a great time sharing crafts and even making cakes, and desserts. I always think of baking goodies when it comes to Valentine's Day. I have a syrupy chocolate concoction in mind!
For this Valentine's Day, I have been spending time creating a popup card for my husband. I thought it would be an easy make but it took several tries to get it the way I wanted.
